Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage marketing projects across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams, external affiliates, and key stakeholders. This role will also include scheduling and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless project execution. The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will be crucial in executing campaigns on social media channels and ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This role will have the opportunity to directly impact the success of marketing campaigns while working in a supportive, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects across all marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, content, events, etc.) to develop and implement effective marketing projects, promotional strategies, and schedules.
    • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and affiliates to ensure product marketing goals and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    • Monitor project timelines, manage resources, and troubleshoot issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Internal & External Collaboration:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in product and marketing initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
    • Maintain strong relationships with external affiliates, influencers, and third-party partners to align on campaign goals and expectations.
    • Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates on project status, deliverables, and any potential obstacles.
  • Content & Social Media Collaboration:
    • Work with the creative team to ensure content creation aligns with project goals and brand guidelines.
    • Help manage content calendars for social media campaigns and ensure timely posting and engagement.
    • Coordinate and assist in tracking and collaborations with the affiliates and internal teams for product success.
    • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for future projects.
  • Scheduling & Administrative Tasks:
    • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met for each campaign.
    • Coordinate meetings, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared for discussions.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to project management, including document preparation, filing, and managing project-related correspondence.
    • Keep track of meeting notes and action items to ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
    • Assist with the scheduling and organization of team meetings, presentations, and other marketing-related events.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Monitor and report on the progress of marketing projects, providing regular updates to management.
    • Analyze campaign performance data and suggest improvements to optimize results.
    • Create post-campaign reports and present overall project success.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Assist in managing project budgets and timelines to ensure that all marketing activities are executed within financial guidelines.
    • Ensure resources (including human and technical) are appropriately allocated for successful project execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Health & Wellness, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing project coordination or project management, with a focus on marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Can execute, pivot, and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and basic knowledge of social media analytics.
  • Experience handling scheduling and administrative duties related to products and project management.
  • Basic knowledge of content marketing best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
